Work zones are hazardous both for motorists who drive through the complex array of signs, barrels, and lane changes and for workers who build, repair, and maintain streets, bridges, and highways. Panelists and participants will exchange international best practices on how to design a safe work zone using a combination of good practices and new technologies.
