Mr. Williams has more than 19 years of experience in ITS design, urban and rural safety studies, transportation asset management studies, traffic signal systems analysis, design, and operations, , 23CFR940 documentation, traffic impact studies, IMS/IJS, and roadway design. His project responsibilities include managing data collection and analyses, crash analyses, transportation alternatives analyses using Synchro, TransModeler and VISSIM, development of safety study recommendations and reports, preliminary design, construction plan development, bidding, and cost estimating. Mr. Williams is the Traffic Signal System Operations and Maintenance Manager for the Cities of Mason and Springdale, Ohio for over 75 traffic signals. Mr. Williams is a registered PE in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Florida, and is certified by IMSA in Level 2 Traffic Signals. He is a certified Roadway Safety Professional and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with the TPC Board.
